Events 

The Chamber offers many event and sponsorship opportunities which are ideal for promoting and profiling your business. Our Business After Five (BA5) networking events are a great way for your company to access the business community. Our significant database means events are an effective means of promoting your business and profiling its benefits.

Advocacy

We represent the collective voice of our membership and the Waikato business community. Our robust relationships enable an open and productive forum for those views to be heard.

Business Promotion

We provide opportunities for you to market, advertise and promote your business.

Email Direct Marketing

Your marketing message can be sent to our substantial database of approximately 3,000 subscribers. This email can be linked back to your organisations site, directing our membership to your business.
Distribution reports are made available to you post circulation.

Export Certification

The Chamber is an authorising agent for export documentation. We can authorise Certificates of Origin including Free Trade Tariff Certificates, Travel Visa's, Certificates of Free Sale and Certificates of Manufacture.
The Chamber offers discounted rates to members for this service.

Venue Hire

The Chamber facilities are available for you to host your business meeting. Our Boardroom is accessible for member use with times subject to availability. The Chamber also has a datashow for hire - rates and times are subject to availability and a deposit may apply. Tea and coffee or afternoon/morning tea including catering can be made available for additional costs.
