The terms and conditions outlined here apply to all users of the Waikato Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc website (www.waikatochamber.co.nz) and to all purchases of goods or services that are made from Waikato Chamber of Commerce and Industry (when you see the words “we”, “us”, “our” or "the Chamber" on this website it is also intended to mean Waikato Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc).

All terms and conditions are current, although subject to variation from time to time and we reserve the right to vary our terms and conditions for any reason and without notice to users in order to meet business demands and/or comply with any relevant laws. Viewing and using our website on one or more occasion means that you have read, understood and accepted all of our terms and conditions. If you are unclear or have any concerns about the information contained herein, or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at the address below. Terms and Conditions

Governing Law
We are a New Zealand based organisation and supply goods and services within New Zealand, therefore by your use of this website you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts and our dealings with you are governed by New Zealand Law. If you do not agree to submit to the laws of New Zealand then you should immediately cease your use of our site.

The Waikato Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to preserving your privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for the Chamber website.

The Chamber site has security in place to ensure the safety of your information and to protect against loss, misuse and alteration.

The Waikato Chamber of Commerce will do its utmost to ensure the information contained within this website is accurate. However, the Chamber does not accept any responsibility for any error within the site.

All materials displayed or available from this website are the property of the Waikato Chamber of Commerce unless otherwise stated.

Returns and Replacements
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the goods provided by the Waikato Chamber of Commerce. However, in the event where goods arrive and are found to be faulty they may be returned to us using the following procedure and within the later of the following timeframes:

1. Not less than five (5) days before the end of any manufacturer’s warranty period for the goods; or
2. Within thirty (30) days of delivery by us.
3. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, undamaged, not used and accompanied with a copy of the invoice

Procedure for Return of Faulty Goods
Email us at reception@waikatochamber.co.nz or call 07 839 5895 to notify us of the problem. We will organise a replacement product and re-delivery.

Delivery is only available to addresses within New Zealand. Some products may incur a delivery charge, which will be outlined at the checkout stage of purchase. Goods purchased from our website will be delivered on the date and to the address specified by the registry holder, excluding Sundays and public holidays. It is the registry holder’s obligation to ensure that the correct delivery address is given. We will notify you if there is any unforeseen courier delay or need to make subsequent deliveries. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery that is beyond our control.

We supply goods and services in New Zealand so, all goods and services on our website are advertised in New Zealand (NZ$) and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time before your order has been processed and payment accepted.

Alliance Partners
The Chamber may provide its' members contact details to Alliance Partners to ensure the they gain full benefits from membership offers. If the Chamber does so, it will ensure that Alliance Partners keep member information safe and secure and that it is not used for any other purposes. Your details will not be divulged to any other third party. As per the Privacy Act 1993 please advise if you wish for your details to remain private. 

Cancellation Policy

Events and Training Seminars
Cancellations will be accepted up until 12pm 3 working days prior to the event or training seminar. If the Waikato Chamber of Commerce receives a cancellation after this cut off point, payment will still be required, however substitutions will be welcome. Cancellations must be in writing and are accepted via email only to events@waikatochamber.co.nz.

Membership can only be resigned in writing on the designated Membership Cancellation Form, and must be received within one month of receipt of the annual renewal invoice.
Resignations received outside this period may be subject to a pro rata payment of the annual subscription.
