METHODS OF PAYMENT

We offer a range of different ways you can pay your Chamber membership. Check them out below.

Direct debit

Direct debit is our preferred method of payment and is one of the simplest ways to pay your annual membership.     

Download the direct debit form and return it to us at info@waikatochamber.co.nz - please do not return it to your bank. 

Credit card

Credit card payments can be made via our website in the member portal, or payment can be taken over the phone by calling 07 839 5895.   

All major credit cards are accepted, and a 3% credit card surcharge applies.    

Please note, credit card information is not stored by us.

Online banking

Find an invoice / receipt

You can access invoices and receipts by logging in to the member portal and following these steps:

Click on Company Information on the left hand side, then select Billing, Transaction History and click the Print link on the right hand side (in the Action column). 

Select print to produce a PDF invoice statement displaying the outstanding or zero balance.
