2026 TRAINING & EVENTS
Heavy-weight boxer Mike Tyson once said, “everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.” Business can feel a bit like that sometimes.
Rising costs, tighter margins, staffing challenges, slower sales, and constant pressure can quickly expose the cracks, blind spots, and competing priorities inside a business. This interactive workshop is designed to help business owners step back and stress-test what is really happening in their business.
Through real business examples and open discussion, Mike Green will challenge participants to uncover the issues, assumptions, and competing priorities that may be limiting performance and preventing progress.
This is not a long-term business development programme or a detailed growth planning session. It is a focused diagnostic workshop designed to challenge assumptions, create clarity, and help business owners cut through the noise and focus on what matters most.
Chatham House Rules apply throughout the workshop to encourage open and confidential discussion around real business challenges and experiences. Suitable for business owners wanting honest discussion, practical insight, and greater clarity around the issues currently impacting their business.
