Non -Members – book your meeting room directly here. We have three meeting rooms available between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Each meeting room has seating for eight people.
Prices (inc GST) $49 per hour (Member rate), $59 per hour (Non Member rate), $177 half-day rate (up to 4 hours) $354 full-day rate (up to 8 hours).
Each meeting room contains:

Ezcast which allows casting from Windows, Android and iOS devices
YouTube direct access
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi
Concierge services
How do I change or cancel my meeting room booking?
If you need to make a change within the 48 hours prior to your meeting, please contact the Waikato Chamber of Commerce on 07 839 5895.
