Waikato Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting

The Board warmly invites all members to join us for the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

The AGM is an opportunity to connect with fellow members, the Board, and Chamber staff, reflect on the achievements of the past 12 months, and hear about the Chamber’s priorities for the year ahead.

While the meeting will cover the required formalities, it is also a valuable chance to network and engage with others in our business community. Attendance is free, and we encourage all members to take part.

AGM documents will be emailed to all registered attendees prior to the meeting.

Board Nominations
A minimum of two Board positions are available in 2025.

Nominations Close: Friday 3 October, 5.00pm

Nomination Process
Nominations are reviewed by a selection committee to ensure the Board reflects a balanced mix of skills and experience. Approved candidates are then presented for election at the AGM, and all nominees are informed of the outcome before voting details are shared.

Board candidate information will be provided once nominations are closed on the link below, and the selection committee has completed their review.

The Chair report and annual financial accounts as approved by the board will be provided to all registered attendees of the AGM.

To ensure a fair and transparent process, electionz.com, an independent election management company, will oversee the election. Voting will be conducted electronically. The key representative from each member organisation will receive an email from electionz.com with instructions on how to cast their vote.
